Event Space at Historic Camden

 A variety of rental options are available at Historic Camden for weddings, receptions, business retreats and conferences, and private parties. Discounts available for non-profits, government agencies, and historical societies.

Prices below are available for new rentals after 7/15/2016.

McCaa Tavern

8 hour rental (additional time $100/hr)

Tavern

Thursday-Saturday: $750

Sunday-Wednesday: $550

Hourly (min. 2 hours): $100/hr

Includes five 6’ tables and chairs.

 

Lower Grounds (includes access to picnic tables):

Thursday-Saturday: $275

Sunday-Wednesday: $200

Hourly (2 hr. min.): $40/hr

Note: Renter would need to provide their own catering facilities for Grounds-only rental.

 

Boy & Girl Scout Camping Rate: $1/scout/night

Kershaw Mansion

8 hour rental (additional time $100/hr)

Ground Floor:

Thursday-Saturday: $700

Sunday-Wednesday: $550

Hourly (2 hr. min.): $100/hr

 

Ground Floor PLUS Second Floor (Museum)

Thursday-Saturday: $1,100

Sunday-Wednesday: $900

Hourly (2 hr. min.): $160/hr

Restroom and prep kitchen access is on Ground Floor.

 

Ground Floor PLUS Third Floor Bridal Suites*

Thursday-Saturday: $900

Sunday-Wednesday: $750

Hourly (2 hr. min.): $125/hr

Prices are for Bride’s Suite with restroom. Add $100 for access to second bridal room.

 

Premier Wedding Package: Ground Floor PLUS Second (Museum) Floor PLUS Third Floor Bridal Suites* (both rooms)

Thursday-Saturday: $1,400

Sunday-Wednesday: $1,100

Hourly (min. 2 hours): $190/hr

 

*Note: Third-floor bridal suites will be available for Winter 2016.

 

Gardens (front and back of the house):

Thursday-Saturday: $350

Sunday-Wednesday: $250

Hourly (2 hr. min.): $60/hr

Note: Renter would need to provide their own restroom and catering facilities for Gardens-only rental.

 

Additional Pricing Packages for KC Mansion:

Use of Tables (4 – 60” round, 9 – 6’ rectangles): $10 ea.

Use of up to 60 chairs: $2 per chair

Combination Tavern and Kershaw Mansion

Perfect for a wedding at the Mansion, and a rehearsal dinner, wedding brunch, or shower at the Tavern! Rental dates do not have to be consecutive.

-  KC Mansion Ground Floor (8 hours)

               plus the Tavern (8 hours): $1300

-  KC Mansion Ground Floor (8 hours)

               plus the Tavern (4 hours): $1000

Add $200 for access to each extra floor in the Mansion.

Rental Details

To inquire about booking a venue, please email info@historiccamden.org or call 803-432-9841 to make an appointment with a rental consultant. To book an event, we will need a signed rental agreement, a refundable security deposit, and 25% down payment on your total rental fee. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event.

Unless otherwise noted, all rental prices include: A Rental Assistant, access to restrooms, access to a prep kitchen (cooking prohibited), parking for guests, and a locally handmade mahogany 48” table for the wedding cake. Event items such as tents, dance floors, linens, etc. are not available for rental at Historic Camden.
